Schneider Electric has continued in operation as it recently launched its newest Energy Innovation Center in Houston, Texas. The purpose of establishing this innovative facility by Schneider is to gain technological advancement in industrial automation, energy efficiency, and grid resilience. Located within the energy corridor that Houston boasts, the facility is part of the company's incremental capacity investment program amounting to €2 billion for the 2024-2027 period. The center is designed with possibilities for collaboration between industrial players, energy providers realization together with technology companies and industrial manufacturers, as being the "Energy Capital of the World."It adds to Schneider Electric's existing European innovation hubs based out of Paris, Singapore, and Bangalore to enhance the organization's footprint globally concerning energy and automation.

Schneider Electric has launched a new energy innovation center in Houston, Texas, covering an area of about 10,500 square feet, to enable real-time demonstrations of its industrial solutions. The center will present an interactive control room, training facilities for process control engineers, production superintendents, manufacturing managers, technical leads, and plant operations personnel; an integration center for research & development (R&D); and will apply Artificial Intelligence applications to optimize industrial automation and operational efficiency. The center is intended to further the digital transformation vision of Schneider Electric in the energy space, while also enabling industries to better transition toward more sustainable and efficient energy. The center will showcase the very best advancements in AI-driven automation, IoT-enabled energy management, and smart grid technologies. The center will also focus on workforce development by providing specialized training and exposure to state-of-the-art energy management systems. Finally, it is being positioned as a center for knowledge sharing, research collaboration, and best practices in any industry.
